Advokatfirman Glimstedt has assisted the sellers of a real estate company with a logistics property to Swedish Logistic Property AB.
An agreement for the construction of a modern freezing plant of 11,000 square meters on the property in Katrineholm has also been signed.
The current freezer will enable storage up to 15 meters and will be equipped with solar cells and environmentally certified.
In addition, Glimstedt has assisted the international logistics operator who has signed a 15-year lease with Swedish Logistic Property for the entire facility.
The transaction value is calculated at SEK 208 million.
